• Emergency – You’ve been hit with an unexpected expense that needs urgent attention.
• Sudden – You’re facing a regular bill, but due to a temporary and unforeseen drop in income, you’re struggling to cover it.
• Surprise – You’re dealing with a cost that’s unusually high for a good reason, and you need short-term support to manage it.

If none of these situations apply, it’s still worth reaching out. We can point you toward other trusted organisations or offer free, independent, and practical advice.

Just remember: our support is designed as a one-time helping hand, not ongoing assistance.

Since our funding comes from everyday people—not big corporations—we’re committed to making sure every donation goes directly to those who genuinely need it.

That’s why we ask all applicants to provide details about their situation and proof of income. The form explains the different ways you can do this.
